Who Are We?

Brilliant Stars is a Medicaid Waiver provider offering several services to individuals with disabilities. We provide home and community-based supports and services to eligible persons with developmental and intellectual disabilities living at home or in a home-like setting. We utilize an individual budgeting approach and provide enhanced opportunities for self-determination.
