At Brilliant Stars Inc., our focus is on providing the right supports to meet every day needs and long-term goals. From personal care assistance and respite care to life skills training, supported employment, and coaching for independent living, each service is designed to build confidence and independence. Whether in the home or in the community, our programs create opportunities for individuals to learn, grow, and participate more fully in life.

  • PCA MEDICAID (21 & under) APD Waiver & CDC+ Services

    Through Medicaid programs, we provide Personal Care Assistance (PCA) for individuals 21 and under, as well as through the APD Waiver and CDC+ programs. These supports help individuals with disabilities live safely at home or in the community while receiving care tailored to their needs. Services may include personal hygiene, meal preparation, mobility assistance, and caregiver relief.

  • Life Skills Development- Level 1 (Companion)

    Our Companion services focus on social engagement and daily life enrichment. We help individuals build independence through activities such as community outings, practicing social skills, developing routines, and improving self-care. The goal is to encourage confidence and meaningful participation in everyday life.

  • Life Skills Development- Level 2 (Supported Employment)

    Supported Employment services are designed to help individuals with disabilities prepare for, find, and maintain meaningful jobs. We provide job coaching, skill development, workplace training, and on-going support to ensure long-term success. Our approach emphasizes independence, dignity, and integration into the workforce.

  • Personal Support (Day & Quarter Hours)

    Our Personal Support service provide hands-on assistance with daily activities both at home and in the community. This may include help with bathing, dressing, eating, household chores, and attending appointments. Services are flexible and available by day or in quarter-hour increments to meet the unique needs of each individual.

  • Supportive Living Coaching

    Supported Living Coaching is designed for individuals who want to live on their own in a safe and independent way. We guide clients through budgeting, meal planning, personal safety, home maintenance, and accessing community resources. The goal is to empower individuals to manage their homes confidently while knowing support is always available.

  • Respite Care (Day & Quarter Hours) under 21

    Our Respite Care program provides short-term relief for families and caregivers of children with disabilities under 21. This service allows caregivers to rest, work, or attend to personal needs while knowing their child is safe and cared for. Respite is available during the day and in quarter-hour increments to fit family schedules.

  • Children’s Medical Services (MMA)

    Children’s Medical Services (MMA) provides healthcare coordination and support for children with complex medical needs. We work closely with families, doctors, and specialists to ensure each child receives comprehensive, personalized care. This program helps reduce stress for families while improving quality of life for children.
