We offer Medicaid Waiver and CDC+ services, including PCA support, life skills development, supported employment, supported living coaching, respite care, and children’s medical services. Our goal is to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live independently and with dignity.

Individual who are approved for Florida’s Medicaid Waier programs (APD Waiver, CDC+) or Children’s Medical Services may qualify. We’re happy to guide families through the eligibility process.
